Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location and pin code.

Please ensure your delivery address and pin code are accurate at checkout — RUDRAQ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details or serviceability issues at your pin code.

If your order is not delivered within 15 business days (air shipping) or 20 business days (surface shipping), contact support@rudraq.com and we will arrange a reshipment or refund.

Slight color variations may occur between the digital design and the final printed product. This is inherent to the craft and not considered a defect.
